September Photo Shoot Sneak Peeks

Hello everyone! I hope everyone has had a great few weeks.  I'm sorry that I have not been on and updated everyone in what has been going on.  I have been steadily working on editing some photos from the Photo Shoot I had on September 22nd. I worked with some awesome collaborations for make-up, hair and jewelry.  I worked with a local jewelry designer that had some amazing jewelry.  The link to her jewelry is HandmadeByJenStedman.   I also worked with an awesome makeup artist named Joselin.  The link to her portfolio is MakeupbyJos.  Along with this amazing team of artist, I worked with some amazing models.  For a sneak peek of some of their images, here are 4 of the many images that were captured.

This first image is one of my favorites from the shoot.  Her name is Lizzie and she is only 17 years old.  She was really nervous during the shoot since this was the first time to model for anyone.  She has a natural beauty that I loved.  One of the tricks that I did to get her to be not so nervous was to tell her to think of the cutest guy that she had ever seen.  That got her to loosen up a bit for me and hopefully made the experience more fun.  I look forward to maybe working with her more in the future.

This second image is of a wonderful girl name Kylee.  She has modeled before so she knew somewhat what I needed her to do for me.  However, I still had to help her loosen up a little bit.  She has a very serious side to her but I wanted to make her glow.  Her very handsome boyfriend, Kyle, always seems to make her smile so when I wanted to see this smile------>
All I had to do was say "think of Kyle" and there was this amazing smile that lit up her face and made her so sunny.  She was game to try everything that I asked her to do and I would love to work with her again on more projects.
This 3rd photograph is of the wonderful and lovely Candy.  She was a little worried because she had just cut her long hair into this short style and we played around with her wearing a wig. However, when I saw her, I just loved the look and feel of her short hairstyle and fierce look that she had about her.  She has this classic beauty that I couldn't wait to capture.  We started losing light so we had to slightly rush through her shoot.  However, she was a pro and just knew how to subtle move so that I could get some awesome images.  She was a pleasure to work with and I would love to work with her more as she is available.

This last photograph is of the beautiful and talented Alexa.  She had a bubbly personality and asked me some really great questions about how I got into Photography and why I loved it so much.  We also talked about some of her experience for modeling and also working with other photographers in the area.  She was an extreme joy to work with. She knew how to move and how to pose for me without me really giving too much directions.  She was more than willing to go to anywhere I wanted to shoot to get a great image.  Even while we were working on these images, we were already talking of future shoots to work with each other on.

Alexa and I actually have another shoot scheduled for Friday morning for a "Trash the Dress" shoot. She told me that she was saw some of the images online and was interested in doing some for her portfolio to have some diversity.  She also told me that it looks like it would be extremely fun.

I will keep everyone up to date on that shoot.  We(Alexa, Joselin and myself) are very excited for Friday morning.  As soon as I get a few more photographs ready to show to the world, I will definitely post some up.   I hope that everyone will continue to join me in my journey through life with photography.
